Instructor Bios

Jeff Ryg, DPT, ATC, CSCS

Jeff Ryg graduated from Emory University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2006. He has previous experience working with Division I athletes at the University of Iowa as an athletic trainer and with cardiopulmonary patients at the University of Georgia. Jeff specializes in sports medicine and pilates based rehabilitation of the spine and extremities. In his free time Jeff enjoys playing sports and following the Hawkeyes.

Polly Bhattacharyya, MPT, cMDT

Polly Bhattacharyya, MPT, cMDT graduated with a Master's of Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama in 2002. She is a manual therapist and certified McKenzie therapist specializing in Spine and Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction. Polly enjoys singing in a local choir, playing tennis and doing yoga.

Elizabeth Houck, PTA

Elizabeth Houck is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree at Presbyterian College and received an Associate's Degree in Applied Technology from Gwinnett Technical College in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, with a background in sports related injuries. Elizabeth enjoys playing tennis and is active in both ALTA and USTA.
