I was really in a lot of pain and limited in my activities when I started PT
here last month. The difference since then is amazing, I'm 99% improved from
where I started.

I went to another physical therapist before Body Mechanics that I was not thrilled with
and I was hesitant to try another one. I am glad that I did because at the first session
the therapists identified what the problem was and what they thought should be done to
correct it. I learned alot and I was able to understand the connection between the exercises.

Allie has been a great physical therapist. I think she is very knowledgeable

David Mesnick is a very excellent therapist. I've had many before, and none actually
rectified my problems as he has. Additionally, he actually works on you, unlike other
therapists who work more passively, rather than actively with the client.
