BMPT Fitness and Wellness Program

Beginning in January 2008, Body Mechanics will be offering a comprehensive wellness program to our patients. The program will be directed by our physical therapists with an emphasis on injury prevention and comprehensive body wellness. Services offered will include personal training, yoga and pilates private and mat classes, as well as private sessions on the pilates equipment. Classes will begin in late January and early February.
